Services for Social Workers, Therapists and & Organisations
Clinical Supervision
Nicole offers specialist clinical supervision for Social Workers and other helping professionals seeking thoughtful, grounded, and ethically robust support in their work. With extensive experience in domestic and family violence and a strong foundation in feminist, trauma-informed, and systemic frameworks, Nicole provides supervision that honours both the complexity of the work and the wellbeing of the practitioner.
Nicole supports supervisees working with complex and high-risk clients, including those impacted by domestic and family violence and childhood sexual abuse. Her supervision integrates critical reflection, power-aware practice, and an understanding of how gender, systems, and structural inequality shape both client experiences and professional roles.
Supervision is particularly suited to practitioners:
Working towards Mental Health Accreditation (AMHSW)
Case consultation in case formulation, therapeutic/treatment planning, applying Focused Psychological Strategies (FPS)
Providing trauma-specialist or trauma-informed care
Navigating high-risk, complex presentations including clients experiencing DFV/coercive control, self-harm/suicidality, substance use
Working within or alongside courts, legal systems, child protection, and health settings
Holding advocacy roles within challenging systems
Nicole also offers strong support around vicarious trauma, burnout prevention, and sustainability in practice, alongside exploration of workplace culture, leadership, and ethical tensions in organisations. Supervision sessions create space for reflective practice, clinical growth, and values-aligned decision-making, while also supporting career development and long-term planning.
This is supervision that is collaborative, reflective, and deeply informed by feminist principles — supporting you to work safely, critically, and sustainably in demanding practice contexts.
